When to Use

Giving your opinion
'I think...,' 'I believe...,' 'In my view...,' 'As far as I'm concerned...'
Agreeing
'I agree.' 'That's a good point.' 'Exactly.' 'I think so too.'
Disagreeing politely
'I see your point, but...' 'I'm not sure about that.' 'I understand what you mean, however...'

Tip

Avoid 'I think that...' in every sentence — it gets repetitive. Mix in 'It seems to me,' 'I'd say,' and 'From my point of view' to sound more natural and varied.
