The service is provided free of charge. No registration, account, or payment is required to access exercises.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the exercise database in bulk.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform at a rate that degrades performance for other users.
• Misrepresent the origin of content taken from this platform.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to restrict access if these conditions are not met.

All exercises, explanations, and example sentences are created and curated by SpanielCore Technologies. Content is reviewed for accuracy, but language is inherently nuanced — some answers may admit variation in real usage.

We continuously add and update exercises. Existing exercises may be revised, reordered, or removed without prior notice.

Explanations are intended for learning purposes only and do not constitute professional language instruction or certified CEFR assessment.

All content on English Step Up — including but not limited to exercises, explanations, structure, and design — is the intellectual property of SpanielCore Technologies unless otherwise indicated.

You may use individual exercises for personal study or classroom teaching with attribution. Reproduction of exercises in bulk, in commercial products, or as part of another learning platform requires written permission.

The English Step Up name and logo are trademarks of SpanielCore Technologies. They may not be used without express written consent.

English Step Up does not require users to create an account. We do not collect, store, or sell personal data.

We may use anonymous, aggregated analytics (e.g. page view counts) to understand which exercises are most used. This data cannot be used to identify individuals.

Exercise progress is not persisted between sessions. Closing the browser or tab resets your current state.

The service is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. SpanielCore Technologies makes no guarantee that:

• The platform will be available at all times without interruption.
• All exercise content is free from errors or inaccuracies.
• Use of the platform will result in measurable language improvement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpanielCore Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
