When to Use

at
Use with clock times and fixed points: at 3 o'clock, at noon, at midnight, at the weekend.
on
Use with days and dates: on Monday, on 25th December, on my birthday.
in
Use with months, seasons, years, and longer periods: in March, in winter, in 2024, in the morning.

Tip

Say 'at night' but 'in the morning / afternoon / evening.' This is an exception — there is no rule, just memorise it.
